Bhoot Police Trailer Review: Saif Ali Khan And Arjun Kapoor's Escapade As Quirky Tantriks Will Leave You In Splits

I had the chance to see the trailer of the highly anticipated horror-comedy 'Bhoot Police' before it releases tomorrow 18th August and I can assure you that it will leave you in splits and at the same time haunt you. To be honest, I went with great expectations, and since I have watched the trailer now, my interest is piqued to watch the film.

The trailer begins by showing Vibhooti (Saif Ali Khan) and Chiraunji (Arjun Kapoor), the two tantriks who make money by chasing ghost/ scripts. Arjun who holds on to his 'baba ka book' believes in spirits and ghosts, while Saif on the other hand runs behind money and girls. In the course of their journey, the boys meet two beautiful women Jacqueline and Yami, and all four of them are left in quest of ghosts in a creepy forest.

Bhoot Police trailer starts and ends on a fun note and promises several laugh-out-loud moments. The never-seen jodi of Arjun and Saif as two Tantrik is quite refreshing and will definitely surprise the audience with their epic timings. The two beautiful ladies Kanika  (Jacqueline) and Maya (Yami )have brought twist and charm to this crazy horror-comedy.

The highlight of the trailer is definitely the background music which offers us a strong indication that the film will have amazing music and chart-topping songs. The funky van steals your attention and aside from that, the oneliners, dialogues, and comedy appear to be funny and engaging, which gives the impression of a promising film to the spectator. Which this combination of comedy and horror the film was definitely meant to be watched on the big screen.

A special mention for Saif Ali Khan as he has already established himself as the star of this multi-starrer movie. Everything about his character, the look, his quirky dialogues appear to be in place, making him more convincing and amusing. While I watched him doing his antics on screen, I remember something that his Dil Chahta Hain co-star Suchitra Pillai had mentioned to me a while ago- 'Saif was a clown on set, but a total class at the same time and the trailer of Bhoot Police shows both these sides.

In short, the trailer clearly indicates that this won't be your typical horror-comedy. It looks quite promising and amusing, and it is highly recommended for a laughter blast.
